CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO START SERVICES

Fill out these documentsin detail. If the documents need further research and NCS elects to do the research, additional fees will apply.

Missing documents will cause the process to be halted while missing documents are submitted.

Certain documents which are required but can be submitted later will have the timeframe recorded in the document and if not submitted by that time the start of service will be halted until received.
 
​​​​​​​ Every loan to be serviced will need ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ each of the 

following documents filled out and submitted

along with the checklist. The onboarding process

will not continue without all documents filled out

and submitted

2. SERVICING TRANSFER

3. OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

4. DIRECT DEPOSIT LENDER

5. DIRECT DEPOSIT BORROWER

6. FORECLOSURE

7. INSURANCE







To get started  go to the correct Form and corresponding instructions.  Read the instructions and complete the forms, send in the completed forms and checks.  If checks are involved use mail or overnight only.  If you email or fax the package, we will call for the Loan Setup Fee on a charge card.  If you have additional questions, please contact Customer Service at (720)500-2657
